Happy Halloween

I love how the holidays become so magical again when you have kids to share them with. It was so funny watching them pretend to enjoy getting messy, they eventually loosened up.

We went to the mall where among some treats we found a horse for Carson and a spaceship for buzz and to our amazement, another Woody and Buzz brother duo. The boys thought that was pretty cool. So funny that just like the movie Lincoln said "no I'm the real Buzz" and then Carson joined in, "I'm the real Woody."

Cody would have liked to stay with the Toy Story theme seeing as I was Jessie, but we couldn't resist the obvious resemblance to WOLVERINE!

Halloween night was a blast this video is my fav!

Some Summer Fun

About a week ago we went camping up Sawtooth National Park. Boy had it been a long time. The boys were in pure amazement. Kind of wussy when it came to bugs and water snakes. As the trip went on they became a little more tough. We had a great time with our friends the Rex's. Maria could have fed an army without breaking a sweat. The boys favorite part was throwing rocks in the river, while I nervously watched, being paranoid that they'd fall in and be swept away. Is that a normal mom thing?

Cody and Brandon spent hours on end creating this awesome rope swing. Well worth the effort guys. Here Carson and Lincoln are practicing their Tarzan yells.

We were all over the place for the 4th of July. We started in Goshen at the Chase family reunion. Later we went to my Uncle Jay's for dinner and I guess we have a new tradition that I wasn't aware of- Riding around the neighborhood in the river bottoms of Provo on motorcycles just minutes before the Stadium of Fire does their fireworks. We left before the fireworks started to meet up with the Chase side again and watched Riverton City fireworks. We did a few sparklers without Lincoln, he'd crashed by then. Thanks fam. we had a blast all day LONG!

Uncle Caleb came home in June! we were sooo excited. He is the best. Carson would never allow us to forget him in our prayers. He brought us some cool things from mexico. Carson and Lincoln love the t-shirts and hats.

Loving Life

So I am sorry but it looks like I regularly blog every two months, so after reading this check in again in March.
I have been extremely happy lately. I have plenty of stuff to be stressed about, but for some reason, I have been filled with gratitude for my family. Cody is so talented, too bad it doesn't reflect in his pay checks, but hey, don't most of us feel that way. Cody is going back to school at Boise State University come this summer of fall. (might push it to fall because we have two weddings and a mission home coming in April, May, and June. All in Utah.) For all of the hubbies out there that have a Bachelors degree, way to go!!! We're in for a long haul with a good possibility of going on to Dental school. So if we're lucky, we will be done by the time Carson is 12. I am having a blast running Blackhawk Dance Academy. I must be living right, because It just keeps growing, and the students love me visa versa. Carson and Lincoln are beautiful and healthy and they snuggle me whenever I ask for it. We definitely have our almost lose it days, but I am just soaking in as much of them as I can. So I will be putting pictures on soon. Halloween, Carson's 4th b-day, Christmas, and my dance recital. To my family. I love you, and CONGRATULATIONS Tiffany and Michael. And unofficially Rachelle and Craig
